RESERVATION POLICIES:
BEACH CLUB TULUM - LOUNGERS AND TABLES
Access requires a cover fee, 50% of which is credited toward food and beverage consumption. During weekends and peak seasons, it is recommended to reserve with advance payment due to high demand. All reservations made through Open Table without advance payment have a 15-minute grace period and are subject to space availability upon arrival.
TULUM BEACH CLUB - VIP AREAS
VIP areas such as Residences with Jacuzzi, Cabanas, Lounge Rooms, and Islands require 100% online prepayment for booking, with 50% credited toward food and beverage consumption. If a regular reservation is made through Open Table and an upgrade to a VIP area is desired, online prepayment and selection are required.
The latest booking time for VIP areas is 2:00 PM, with a maximum grace period of one hour. Additional guests beyond the VIP area capacity must pay the basic lounger cover fee on-site, receiving a 50% credit for food and beverage consumption.
